The permission of publication of the cartoons is for one time publication only. If you again want to publish the same cartoon you have to send me a fresh request/download again from the website. My cartoons can be used on a web site, intranet, presentation, newsletter, bulletin, or other nonprofit project or publication. It is not allowed to publish the cartoon in any book or web site where the content of the site is obscene or derisory. It is not allowed to modify the cartoon or remove the artist's signature. It is not allowed to give the cartoon to anyone else so they can publish it.
